As a Domiciliary Health Care Professional, you won’t just be supporting people in their homes — you’ll be helping them live life on their own terms. You’ll build trust, offer reassurance, and make a real difference in the everyday moments that matter most.

Hours to be covered
- Week 1: 4 days working Monday, Tuesday Saturday Sunday
- Week 2: 3 days working Wednesday Thursday Friday
- 7am till 10pm with rest breaks and days as per the shift pattern
- Or 7am till 2 pm week one shift patterns, 2pm till 10pm week two shift patterns

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting clients with personal care, medication, meals, and daily routines
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Encouraging independence and wellbeing
- Working closely with families and colleagues to deliver person-centred care
What we’re looking for
- A kind, reliable, and respectful person
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping others
- Good communication skills and a calm approach
- Minimum level 2 qualification in health and social care or equivalent qualifications
- Must have 2 years experience in Domiciliary Home Care
- A driving licence and access to a car (if required for the role)
